The Consultant maintains security measures to protect the Client’s personal information; however, no exchange of data over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. While the Consultant makes every effort to protect the personal information the Client shares on, the Client acknowledges that it could be accessed or tampered with by a third party.
